Won't Bow Don't Know How. Treme (IPA: [tɹəˈmeɪ], trə-MAY) is an American television drama series created by David Simon and Eric Overmyer. Tremé is a neighborhood in the city of New Orleans.[1] The series begins three months after Hurricane Katrina where the residents of New Orleans, including musicians, chefs, Mardi Gras Indians, and ordinary New Orleanians try to rebuild their lives, their homes and their unique culture in the aftermath of the 2005 hurricane. Has anyone seen this show yet?? ..I've only seen the first 6 episodes and I plan on seeing the rest once I get the episodes, but I love it already, OMG it's so funny too, but sad as well. I love Khandi Alexander's character she's like miss fire! she's also got first billing in the credits which makes me soo happy. I can't wait for the 2nd season to air.

never heard of this one either This show is very new so it's probably why you haven't heard of it and it's on HBO. It started in April of this year and it's already going on for a second season and I think that was announced after just the first episode aired so that's amazing!

I watched it last night on ShowSeries and there were times I felt like crying for Khandi's character and other characters. I felt like laughing when Steve Zahn's character, Davis, was trying to get his jazz CDs and DVD back from the Tower Records store.

I watched the season finale of Treme last night. OMG! I felt like crying for Toni as well as LaDonna because she lost her husband Creighton. LaDonna saw her brother's headstone and paid for it after the funeral director gave her that look. Geez, the poor woman is grieving for her brother! Toni joined the funeral parade that consisted of LaDonna, her two sons, Antoine, Chief, his children, and other people. It ended with the song, "This City Won't Drown."
