I was watching Sky News and a study in England says that 13% of women say women are to blame for the rape if they dance - and even dress - provocatively. I think women, whether they dress conservatively or provocatively or behave in either way, shouldn't have to bear all the blame for their rape.

Ignorance is still a major issue.
