I was just reading that 12 of MJ's fans after he died they commited suicide. I can't believe it...it's so tragic that this had to happen. Michael wouldn't want this at all, this makes his death even more upsetting, seriously some people's lives were this man and just..I don't know. I ended up having to look up a friend of mine from High school and make sure he was still with us. He adored MJ and always sang his songs through the halls. Since Preston was the only real person who treated me like a human being, I can't imagine the pain he must be feeling with his icon gone. I had always had mixed feelings about MJ, but now that his closest friends are talking about him and saying what kind of childhood he had, it all makes sense to me. He never had a childhood and wanted to have one in his adult life. In my own thoughts, other people came up with those accusations based off of because he acted like a child and parents seemed to have thought he was capable of it. Thus, they accused him for something he may have never done. Least as how I see it, but I am saddened by his death and really hope that he is now at peace. His music and his skills are amazing. Possibly my all time favorite songs of his are Thriller, Beat It and Earth Song. He will be truly missed!

I worked all day so I was unable to do other than catch a glimpse here and there is one of our patients had it on TV. Since I have come home, I have watched the clips on the news and I thought it was nicely done and a fitting tribute.

When Paris spoke which actually I thought Janet was going to say something...that's when the crying came...for the rest of it I was teary eyed. I loved Al Sharpton's speech god that powerful and so to the point. I got teary-eyed when Jermaine sang "smile" and when Marlon spoke gosh that was...I don't know crying fest. Usher was awesome, yet sad and that little boy who sang I'm not going to type up his name I'd screw it up dang he was SO good I was so impressed with his voice I loved him.

I was very sad when Michael's daughter spoke. The music was awesome by everyone involved that I saw. Not an Al Sharpton fan so I didn't listen to him..sorry... I'm not really familiar with Al Sharpton so but I loved he said to Michael's children which is so true of Mike. New article, don't know how true it is though. Jackson's Resting Place Sparks Family FeudKing of Pop's Body Stored in Berry Gordy's Crypt for Time Being Despite their show of unity at Michael Jackson's memorial service this week, new reports claim that the Jackson family is bitterly divided over where they want the King of Pop to be buried. According to a New York Post report, patriarch Joe Jackson and Michael's brother Jermaine want the late Jackson buried at Neverland Ranch, which would then be turned into a museum a la Graceland. However, Michael's mother Katherine and the rest of the family wants Jackson buried elsewhere, as he vowed to never return to Neverland following his child molestation acquittal in 2003. "Jermaine is the one that wants him at Neverland -- he and Joseph -- because of the whole Elvis thing and the money potential ... They are seeing dollar signs," a Post source said. Although at the public memorial, the casket was closed, Michael Jackson's family members had it open for their own private viewing. So where is Jacksons gold-casket-enclosed body now? Reportedly in the above-ground crypt of Motown founder Berry Gordy at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The Post reports that Gordy, who discovered and coached the Jackson 5 to stardom, temporarily offered the Jacksons use of his mosaoleum until Michael's final resting place is decided upon. The world got a glimpse of Jackson's ornate casket at the huge memorial service on July 7, and PEOPLE is reporting that beforehand, the Jackson Family was able to pay their respect for Michael Jackson one last time at an open casket viewing at Forest Lawn cemetery. "He looked like himself. He looked like he just was laying there sleeping," David Fosset, a cousin of the King of Pop's, tells PEOPLE. "He looked peaceful," Fosset added. "It was a somber mood. Even though he's this big entertainer, he's still our family." source: http%3A%2F%2Fwww.popeater.com%2Fmusic%2Farticle%2Ffight-over-michael-jacksons-resting%2F565429

I saw a blurb for this on The Druge Report this morning but didn't have time to read it.
I think LaToya is right. This is why I compare him to Elvis as that is what happened to him also. Bloodsuckers is what these type people are and it is oh so tragic.
