That is why the law needs to catch up to what is going on online.

and protect kids under the age of 18 years old while they're at it.

I totally agree with that. Reminds me of the story with the mom and the kid doing the cyber bullying to another girl who took her own life. I personally don't thing they "caused" her death but bullying leads to depression which leads to suicide and really nothing happened to the mom and daughter.

I remember that story. What happened to bullying somebody in person, not that I approve of bullying in any form?

no kidding. I think something more should have happened to these people. They told the girl, you should just kill yourself!

In cyberspace, no less. The mother who bullied the poor girl was arrested last month or the month before. I also think something more should be done. Haram.

I agree that is why I can't understand why there isn't more online policing.

If there was more online policing, some people would kick up a fuss about it violating their First Amendment rights. A couple of teenagers founded a group to track down Internet predators a few years ago, so maybe they can help parents of girls (and boys) track down cyberbulllies.

The right to Free Speech is something we need to protect of course, but we can't yell fire in a crowded room and those teenagers are on to something. More needs to be done.

Neither have I. Maybe his son Little Ice could help?

While we're on the topic, I wonder whether Ice-T would be interested in filling in for Chris Hansen on Dateline:To Catch a Predator. He would really let the guys who want to take advantage of underage boys and girls have it!
