I have been trying to step up my activity level and also added iron and red meat to my diet to assist in the healing process.

I am less weak today and have gotten alot done but my back is on the fritz from riding the stationary bike at our fitness center. I need to ride it to strengthen the right knee but it is messing with my back. BUT my knee pain is way down. lol.

still struggling with back pain and right leg weakness. I go back to work 5/26.
