hate going there anymore myself. Someone is always whining, trying to get attention or talking crap about others.

Mine is mostly about FB's changes, but it's great to keep in touch with former schoolmates and some relatives.

When you think, "I shouldn't have had that popcorn and soda at the movie theater last night." Bridesmaids was hilarious, though.

But some people who live on fb think everyone else does too. The ones who think you're going to check every second and wonder why you don't know something they said.

How about the fact that friends sit next to each other and each one of the serfs seperately on fb on their iphones and jocking instead of sitting down and have a great laugh all the laugh they do is a LOL on their wall.. or instead of planning to see each other on a cafe to have a gigle they plan to meet on fb.. call me old fashion but this is utterly stupid.. excuse my french.. I do not thought deflate the fact that it kind of helps keeping in touch with people who are living far from you, like schoolmates.

Honestly, I love the people I attended school with in Jordan, but they have their own lives to live. I was in school long before iPhones and Facebook. I agree with you, Gambi ,that it doesn't deflate that it kind of helps us keep in touch with people who live far from us. The day a former schoolmate moves back here, I'm calling her via regular phone or regular mail, even.

I agree, people are WAY too addicted to it. My friend called me day after my birthday to make sure I was OK because I had not been on to post and thank everyone for the bday wishes. OK people I don't LIVE on fb. And I agree it's best for keeping up with those you don't talk to on a regular basis. Like most of you, I shouldn't have to read your wall to know what's going on with you!

I got a birthday message from a former schoolmate and fellow A.C.S. Amman alum on my birthday. He's like a brother to me.
